The company partners exhibit combined experience in excess of twenty-eight (28) years, each with a successful background in development, leasing, property management and leadership in the commercial real estate industry.

The strength of Harris Tynes is its business and community relationships and its staff of dedicated employees, their independent disciplines and the value added team effort provided to our clients. Harris Tynes Management Group, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harris Tynes Realty Group, Inc., is established to focus solely on the property and asset management aspect of the business. Our primary objective is to provide clients with the highest possible level of service, expertise and integrity, while leveraging relationships and capitalizing on market knowledge and opportunities.

The firm partners, Norman B. Tynes and N. West Harris, oversee all aspects of the property management, construction management, leasing and property financial services of our client’s assets. Christopher Lambert, C.P.A., heads the Property Financial Services Department providing all financial reporting utilizing state-of-the-art software and technology. Jackie McGhee, Executive Marketing and Leasing Assistant, is responsible for implementing marketing and leasing programs for the company and its core properties while managing the partner’s productivity. This team of experienced real estate professionals has positioned the Company to offer a depth of knowledge and exceptional service in the areas of development, leasing, property management, asset management, brokerage and investing.
