Noelle Calamusa
Property Manager
Noelle Calamusa has ten years experience in commercial and residential property management. Mrs. Calamusa joined Harris Tynes Realty Group, Inc., in August 2009. She is currently the Property Manager at Park Place Tower, a fifteen story, 278,027 square foot office building located in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. She is responsible for the day to day management of the building including all financial reporting, tenant relations and construction management.
Prior Experience
Before becoming a Property Manager with Harris Tynes Realty Group, Inc.,
Mrs. Calamusa was employed with Harbert Realty Services, Inc., as the
Property Manager of Regions Harbert Plaza, a thirty-two floor, 569,845
square foot office building. During that period of time, she was also
responsible for the management of several smaller multi-tenant office
and warehouse buildings. Mrs. Calamusa’s responsibilities included
yearly budgeting, financial reporting, tenant relations as well as
overseeing all building and office staff. She administered all tenant
leases and negotiated and oversaw all service contracts. Prior to joining
Harbert Realty Services, Inc., Mrs. Calamusa was Marketing Director
for Village Management Company, a subsidiary of Polar-BEK, Inc. While
at Village Management, her responsibilities included marketing new
and existing college housing properties, creating property management
manuals and guidelines for on-site Property Managers at nine different
locations.
Education
Mrs. Calamusa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science
and English, with a Spanish minor from the University of Alabama in
1988.
Professional and Civic Organizations
Mrs. Calamusa has served as Vice President of BOMA (Building Owners and
Managers Association). She is an active member at St. Stephens Episcopal
Church.
